::If you don't speak Portuguese is bad, like a nightmare, the only way I can talk with someone from room service was by calling first at the reception and they would pass the massage, the bar is opening at 9 o'clock, ffs if.you want something from the bar before that its not possible, you have to go in the restaurant đ€Ł, overall acceptable but I would not pay to stay here, very loud during the night time so you cannot sleap

::As always. Nice and clean room. Good service.

::I stayed at the hotel for a work related 7 day quarantine. The room had several leaks in the ceiling and water was pooled on the floor. After requesting the third time for someone to come and resolve the issue a service person came. The individual passed a rag drying the water up and left. Ten minutes later the room was in the same condition. A complete lack of respect for guests and more so when the guest is doing quarantine and can not leave the room.

::Polite and friendly staff. Very helpful when needed. Located on the sea front and close to some nice restaurants.

::This hotel is in a great location, you are directly opposite the beach and a quick uber or taxi away from the sites. The rooms, aren't the newest but they are clean and have everything you need, they even include some beautiful ocean views. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in Rio to choose this hotel
