  On the second day i was in the hotel, when i went to my room, someone else was already there. When i got back to the reception, the receptionist doubted what i told him and even asked "If i was in the correct hotel". Had to show the room card and go throught reservantion again. All of this happened because the staff, early in the morning, assumed i would not be back because i left no luggage in the room and nobody crosschecked with the booked checkout date or called me.

  Pleasant hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast is included. This is a good place to stay because of location. Relatively close to Ibirapuera Park, Avenida Paulista and famous shopping street Oscar Freire. Close to the hotel are several options for having a coffee/drinks and grabbing a bite. Recommended.

  Great location. Some rooms with good view. Good price. Otherwise spartan and faded. Terrible breakfast.

  Good room and breakfast, awesome location close to many restaurants and markets. Slow internet.

  I was really in doubt about the hotel I should stay in, then I googled it and I knew it was the special one. Amazing room and services of all kinds, the location is not the best but it's close to the main streets and some really nice restaurants. 10/10
