  The people were and the hotel is simple but nice. The price was good. My only pet peeve was them not using fitted sheets on the beds.

  This straightforward budget-boutique hotel has an amazing, friendly staff and sits in a neighborhood-y nook just at the edge of Centro. Great price, no frills.

  Hotel is not in a very nice, safe and quite area of São Paulo. Breakfast chairs are sticky like honey 🍯. Staff is not really working, e.g. room service never happened and receptions guys are just hanging around.

  Very nice employee and clean room. But the huge problem is that the room was on the street side and it was toooooo noisy. We were not able to sleep all nights, were so tired during the day as didn't have enough sleep....

  The hotel has everything one needs for a pleasant staying, not more and not less. The bedroom was clean, big and new. The coffee break was good. The people in the reception were very kind. Overall I had a great experience.
