  Please avoid this Q Apartments. I paid for a certain type and got there the building had a smell of thinner and painting. That was so strong that I had already stress because my apartment was not the same in the picture. I can prove everything as I have got the pictures. I have requested a refund they refused 3X. I rented them through Airbnb. Absolutely no trust. There was no coffee machine. Then they brought one and it was not working, on my last day they got a new one. It is so much stress for something not worth. They are not WORTHY NEITHER TRUSTWORTHY. Even if they refunded everything which they didn’t want to it was not going to pay for the damage. NAO CONFIEM!!! Avoid!!!! Unfortunately!!!

  Check in prático e seguro; Rapaz da recepção atende muito bem e atencioso. A localização é excelente, tem o carrefour express á 1 minuto, próximo da estação de metrô da Luz, e ao lado da 25 de março e Mercado Municipal de SP. Aluguei pelo app Housi, por um bom preço. Pegamos o segundo andar, o cheiro de cigarro era forte e o barulho da avenida era alto, únicos pontos negativos.

  Esse ApartHotel é ótimo, todas as instalações são novíssimas. Enfim, muito confortável e tem mercados, farmácias e bancos perto. O único ponto de melhora é quanto a recepção. Eles querem que o hóspede resolva tudo pelo aplicativo, mas não é claro como esse aplicativo funciona e as pessoas da recepção também não conseguem ajudar com isso. Acho que é interessante que cada vez mais as coisas sejam automatizadas, mas a recepção poderia auxiliar um pouco mais o hóspede a solicitar qualquer coisa a mais para sua reserva.

  Gosto muito deste lugar pós é bem no coração de SP dá para ir de a pé para 25 de março para poder fazer aquela comidinhas bazica sem dizer que depois das compras podermos ir ao mercado municipal que fica ao lado perto também da Santa Efigênia onde encontramos de tudo e mais um pouco bom emfim para quem gosta de ser bem decepcionado este é o lugar certo

  A lovely place, the staff does their best to help while you stay there, and the secretaries have perfect English. On the seventh floor there's a gym, a lounge and a laundry room. Perfect for couples, businessmen and people looking for a home away from home
