Great hotel. Awesome customer service! Great views from the roof bar/pool.

Felt taken care of the moment we checked in! The service was amazing and the complimentary drinks in the executive lounge and the VIP beach treatment with chairs and umbrellas made the stay here over other hotels worth the while. We stayed for shabbos and they knew exactly what we needed and were happy to accommodate. The stairwell accesses all floors for getting out which is very convenient. There isn’t a manual key, but to get in the front desk is graciously available to take you to your room.

Nice location. The room is simple yet very comfortable. Everything is ok except the bar which was lousy, the drinks were simply horrible, barely drinkable. The barman seems to don’t understand neither Portuguese or English very well. Overall I would return, but with lower expectations for drinking.

Most of the staff speaks Portuguese only. Hotel policy is very strict with regards to visitors to the room. So bare in mind before booking this hotel. if you have friends you want to take to your room or visit you, they will force to meet them outside the hotel... Kinda of very unpleasant feeling in this hotel... Remind me tiran countries like Cuba preventing locals to interact with tourists at the facility. Front desk is very friendly and they are fluent in English.

The place is outdated, the carpets in the hallway are old. The details are all super dated. The pool area is very basic, the view is okay, looks way better in the photos. The service is super basic and almost subpar. Your requests get questioned, you're told no instead of yes until you get the yes. Housekeeping went into my room even though there was a privacy please sign. Which is completely unprofessional. I would not return here because I prefer something more modern. Location is nice.
