Pleasant experience all around. Comfortable room, clean. Pool is mostly for laps, but nice to have. Breakfast was OK. Good service from valet parking, but it was not included with our stay.

It's an awesome place. I went for an event and they have a good structure for big events and small ones. I have never slept there, it's kind of expensive. The location at night isnt really safe. Otherwise at day it's really good to visit the touristic places at Porto Alegre.

The room size was not very big and the beds to sleep on were not very comfortable either. The pool design looked somewhat strange and it wasn't very big either. And the sauna had a large amount of bees flying around the filter (possibly building a bee hive near it). However, things that were good were the hotel staff serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the hotel concierge. Also, the staff workers in the stores inside the hotel were extremely friendly and pleasant to talk too. But I was really confused as to why they can't serve ketchup in a bottle and only served it in packets at the buffet downstairs and the restaurant upstairs. Although, the polar beer they had in this hotel was phenomenally great. And the location of the hotel was in a very busy metropolitan area in downtown, with not much room to park cars and drive in and out of the hotel. But I guess based on how the infrastructure of how this city is designed, that's how they design things here. Overall, it's based on what your likes and dislikes are that can make a difference as to what what you will be satisfied with. If the room sizes were bigger and the beds were much more comfortable, it could have made the experience in the hotel much better.
