::Excellent service. Very clean and neighborhood seems safe most hours. I don't know if everyone's English is quite as good as their website suggests, but their English is way better than my Portuguese so I can't complain.

::This hotel was so conformable and the room was amazing ,but the coffee break needed to improve because I take a bread but was so hard and the look was bad. I don't know what happened but this is a big problem for a hotel so big like them.

::The hotel staff can speak English, but not very well. The amenities are ok, and decoration in minimal. Not a Grand hotel, but one that can make do.
