ITS OK! It is pet friendly, breakfast is good, and price is nice' The room looks like its from the late 70s but its clean and customer service is good. WIFI only works on the little room because the walls are made out of brick, so just go to the little room with a table inside your room ( you will know what I mean if you stay here) close to the beach to walk my dog, and the beach is very safe day or night. police presence is awesome quiet street as well.

Never more. This place over charge for phone calls. Even though your call was not completed, they charge 2 reais Just to try. They screwed you out. The AC is extremely noisy and woke me up many times in the night. Sounds a old car trying to run. The shower is so old, older than me (I'm 30's). If you born after 90's in other country you will never turn them on. Takes me half hour to figure out. All furniture is old as dinosaur, in bad shape, fullfil. No one really take care. Forget smart TV or good speed connection. If you want a creepy expensive experience, this could be for you. If you're american, this will remember the old motel road Avoid, has way more better options than this.

Great location near Flamengo beach. A short subway ride to Copacabana or Lapa in the other direction. The hotel is a little aged but it looks like it was pretty fancy at one stage. The rooms are huge and include a spa bath and private sauna, which I've never seen before. The breakfasts are pretty good too. My only complaint was that they had mouldy grapes, but for the price I wouldn't expect perfection. 5 stars for value for money.
