  Were in this business 2 days ago. We read a great interview with the mother and were happy to bring a nice souvenir from Maceio, Brazil. The shop has great jewelry and very well presented. The service was a disaster !!!! We are now traveling 2 months across Brazil and never before have we been served so unfriendly and incompetent. Some pieces of jewelry had to be paid in cash and this was only informed at the box office. No bank card accepted or solutions noted. Only on the question where money can be withdrawn, they gave the info. In this waiting time I was offered no drink, nor my husband when he came back sweaty. We now have 2 beautiful pieces of jewelry and hope that the memory of the very bad shopping experience does not spoil the joy of wearing the jewelry.
