::Clinica Sim- FATIMA ( The Bad) 1. Staff is extremely disorganized and didnt seem to understand how to explain basic things to new patients or direct them correctly. 2. I had to ask the same question several times to several different people before i was taken to the correct location - The dentist. 3. I had booked my teeth cleaning online and showed this to the staff. They still seemed very confused and they charged me incorrectly for my teeth cleaning initially. I still dont understand why these peiple are so unprepared. ( The Good) 1. Dr. Paulo Sergio Guimaraes was EXCELLENT!!! He did a great job in explaining things to me and it was a bonus that he speaks English! He made a bad experience into an excellent one. 2. The cost of the cleaning and flouride treatment was great ( r $130,00) 3. It is definitely better to schedule yourself online first. My wait time was not long, even though the clinic was very busy. 4. The prices of the other labs were displayed and were very good and affordable. The staff needs to be trained as they all seem confused about what they are supposed to do. I was happy with Dr Paulo Sergio Guimaraes and will definitely continue to see him for as long as he works there.
