  It's not a bad hotel. It's clean and the rooms are fine. It's just terribly poorly organised. Small tasks take long periods of time, the elevator doesn't work. They forget basic things, like soap, towels, if you're in a room or not, if they even have rooms. (It took forty minutes for them to figure out if they had rooms available) A painting fell on me while I was sleeping. To put things frankly, they don't have a working system and rather than apologise they don't seem to care so much.

  The rooms are very clean and tidy, the breakfast is very good, they provide a good service and the hotel stays in a very nice area, near "Shopping Mueller" and a great park called "Passeio Público".

  To overnight is ok, dinner is dificult but the brekfast os ok.
