  Only the receptionist speaks proper english, when working in a hotel (it doesnt matter what your function is) you should atleast know basic english

  We spent one night here after a long flight to So Paulo. When we arrived, the man at the front desk told us that the 4-person room we had reserved was not available due to a plumbing issue, and we ended up getting two 2-person rooms instead. This was inconvenient, as the rooms were on different floors and on opposite sides of the hotel. The rooms were clean and neat, although the building seemed pretty old and not very well maintained. The free breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, the hotel was alright, but I would not stay here again.

  Its very diferent the pictures and reality of the rooms. The good point is that is close to the downtown. The service its good, but i dont like the room.
