::We got a great last minute deal in our reservation. The hotel is in a nice location close to the mall, bus stops and some of Curitiba's hotspots. The rooms are great; however, they are going through renovations and ours had a strong smell.

::I haven't used it's bedrooms, however I have been there for some events. In one of them I could visit its bedrooms, they are very good. The hotel offer an open restaurant for public, I have tasted its food in a dinner, and the breakfast when accompanied by a friend, both of them are excellent. Its location is practical in many situations, its It's near to bus station, downtown, Municipal Chamber, there's a shopping mall and good supermarket -- Festval -- beside it. The airport shuttle stop is less than 100 meters. It's a place I really recommend to you.

::My first impression of the room was really good, it is spacious and very well kept. However, the first two nights it got too cold in the room and the A/C didn't work. I even turned it to 30° and it still wouldn't work. On the second day, I told the receptionist and she kindly offered to send a technician to examine it. Turns out I was told the problem required special service and that I had to be moved to another, contiguous room. Imagine my surprise when I wasn't offered any help from the staff. Not only did I have to repack everything but also, had to carry it on my own to the new room. This new room, even if by just a few square meters, as smaller and it didn't offer the appearance of the first one. After all this, I supposed they would offer at least a free dinner in compensation or a special discount in the minibar consumption. Not at all, not even an apology. The staff, in general, was quite kind, I can't complain about that, but I expected much more for the price I paid.
