  Room was very dirty upon arrival. Floor w/ food left overs and hair . Had to complain next day to be cleaned up. The. Was ok. But really bad on arriving

  I turned out extremely disappointed with the management in this place. Made a reservation for myself and my 2 small children. Upon arrival, the manager wouldn’t allow us to check in because my kids didn’t have ID’s - right?! We arrived at the hotel around midnight with no other place to stay. The manager made zero effort to accommodate us despite me offering to provide a copy via email attachment. Which company is irresponsible enough to turn away a mother with two children at midnight in a country like Brazil?

  Very good new hotel, with a good room layout. Also great breakfast
