  I highly recommend Roselane Gamarra, Le Quartier's general manager, who has always demonstrated great professionalism and integrity. She initially guided me with the transfer of some properties to her company by providing counseling with the contract, and later, expertise and assistance throughout the process of getting estimates, arranging contractors to deal with a remodel, transferring water/electricity invoices and everything else that was required. Her accountability, attention to detail and thoughtfulness give me the confidence that my properties are being well taken care of.
