Didn't get value for money: half-hearted housekeeping, average rooms and they charge extra for items such as bottled water and adapters. Impressive building (though not the rooms), but they don't seem to care much about impressing guests with the level of service. Disappointing.

Good things about the hotel: Great location close to a couple parks, nice decor at the entrance, decent breakfast, ok WiFi, cool pool and bar at the rooftop. Not so good things about the hotel: Small rooms, very disappointing gym, staff at the front desk are not always friendly, rooftop bar did not issue receipts for my meals twice, it gets very loud when there's an event at rooftop, so avoid 7th floor at all costs! Would I visit again? Maybe, but definitely not staying on the 7th floor!

What a disappointment. I was really looking forward to try this restaurant after reading the positive reviews online. My experience was terrible. While the service was good, my appetizer and main course were awful: the carpaccio was half frozen, and the Osso buco was so overcooked it was like a hard stone. The atmosphere was odd: only four clients were dining, alone at their table, looking at their phone. Not exactly a warm and welcoming place.

This hotel is located in an old family mansion in the city. Rooms are not very big but the hotel is extremely cosy and comfortable. This is definitely one of the best places to stay in if you stress in Porto Alegre. Very close to Padre Chagas street and the city centre. Staff is great. Very very nice
