  We had an excellent lux room in the hotel. It made our experience even better. There was one of the best tub we have ever had in a hotel. The gym was very good. Service in the hotel and in the restaurant was very good or excellent. The location is very good

  Nice, but dated hotel. The carpet is stained and the towels have seen too many washings. But the beds are comfortable and the linen is good. Breakfast is ok, but the lack of espresso coffee is a bummer. Shower is good. Good location.

  Hotel is good but service is not good. Reception does not respond effectively on calls from rooms. I stayed in 403. No kits were there. Complimentary water was also not there. It was strange that international hotel like this did not have enough people who understood English specially in night shifts.

  Room was spacious, but not sound proof. Could hear many children through walls/vents. Shower was moldy and the shower head was small and disappointing. Restaurant we enjoyed for breakfast had traditional Brazilian breakfast with a few hot items and was very good. Pool looked nice, but due to rainy weather we did not try. Front desk staff incredibly friendly and helpful! The area surrounding the hotel complex is modern and many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The TV tower, market fair, huge park, and fountains are all across the street. Very nice place to stay with family.
