  This is literally my home away from home. I love to stay here because everyone from housekeepers to restaurant servers and the smiling front desks is family.

  Good location. Very helpful and professional staff. Lovely room (upgraded for Gold status). Decent breakfast. Recommend.

  Extremely noisy. We can ear all sorts of noises in the elevator lobby. Inclusive from the room next door. There's no quality rest. But it's the same problem everywhere in Brazil. Windows are almost non existent, they don't reduce noise or hot-air from outside.

  Rooms reasonable so long as your not in the '06 room' on each floor. This has only a small inaccessible window and is quite dark. Hotel were happy to move me to a better room. Restaurant is excellent and generally quiet in the evening. Lunchtime buffet is very popular and good value. Staff all friendly and helpful. Small swimming pool and gym on top floor.
