::Friendly staff the speak some English and are very accommodating. Breakfast is excellent too. They have a nice pool and the rooms are very nice with good linens. The hotel is clean with plenty of parking. I will stay at the Mercure in Savassi again.

::No instructions on How to operante the air conditioner, little to no help on internet conection problems, but good structure, good breakfast, bedroom with small kitchen.
