::True review. Definitely, not paid fabricated review like most are. NOT a 4 star hotel by any standards, only the prices are. Run-down furniture, everything feels old. Most USA side road motels will compare with their top room. They call a kitchenette a restaurant, terrible menu with overpriced poor choices, a small near by "boteco" had better food and variety. Not friendly staff at all, they definitely show that they hate their job, perhaps reflecting bad management. VERY noise at early morning hours, someone banging something around 3 AM in the hotel every night, you can hear everything from top and next rooms. For the price, this place is a rip off.

::The Hotel was great, clean and comfortable. I stayed there for a week and for the first 3 days or so there was no internet (not their fault though) there was an outage with the carrier. But the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that due to a mistake, once I checked out and they stored my bags for a few minutes while I had dinner, they kept my Umbrella hehe, but that was part my fault because I also totally forgot I had one on top of my luggage. I highly recommend this hotel, it's affordable and close to the main street, around 10 min walk.

::Worst service throughout our trip. Very unprofessional reception people. They made multiple mistakes with the reservation and made us pay for it. The internet didnt work for a while because the personnel kept entering wrong information for activation. They mixed up the rooms and names ....
