::This is a very affordable place to stay when you want to visit downtown São Paulo. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. There is a restaurant called 365 located in the hotel so it’s convenient if we’re hungry and don’t want to think too much about where to go for food. Rooms were decent sized. Not that big but not small either.

::Not sure what other hotels are like, but location of hotel seemed like it was not in a great area. Stayed here because LATAM flight got cancelled and they put us up. Staff did a fantastic job with all the tired, upset people. Hotel has a security presence which makes you feel safer. Rooms decent.

::English comunication could be better as in big city like Sao Paulo as I still feel not so confortable when you cannot really commincate in English in big Novotel. Location is good. Room are good and clean.
