  Ótima localização. Interfone que permite comunicação com a recepção. Sabonete tamanho grande. Sugestão de melhoria: - Antes de disponibilizar o quarto para o hóspede, conferir se foi 100% higienizado, se os ralos estão limpos e desobstruídos. Ação fácil de fazer e de resolver. - Há pelo menos um quarto com vaso sanitário com tamanho não agradável para a posição em que se encontra no banheiro, e para pessoas que não sejam magras ou pequenas, e sua parte frente com design quadrado não oferece um bom comprimento. A sugestão seria um sanitário com abertura maior, como já tem em outros quartos. Tem um bom Wi-Fi, frigobar, guarda-roupas grande, janelas com vidros coloridos, TV e ventilador de teto. Devido a pandemia não foi possível avaliar o café da manhã.

  O atendimento deixa a desejar pessoas debochadas, de difícil comunicação. A limpeza dp quarto deixou a desejar ainda mais nesse tempo de pandemia. Do quarto vc só escuta os gritos da proprietária que tem problema auditivo e vive gritando no telefone brigando.

  We had an OK stay in this hotel (pousada) when we had to stay there in a pinch because our accommodations were not ready the day we arrived in Brazilia (we moved here). However, the negatives of this place far outweigh the positives. Where should I begin? Pros... the neighborhood is relatively quiet and safe, there are buses in Cruceiro (the neighborhood) that will take you to the city center, the hotel has ok internet, there are flat screen TVs and little fridges in every room, the staff are available practically anytime, and they allow pets (they let us bring our dog in with us!). Cons... many as follows. The rooms are small. The stairwell is also very small (not wide enough), so it's quite uncomfortable if you are a large person or have to carry lots of luggage up the stairs--it also has a low ceiling that you will likely hit your head on at least once. You get all of maybe 6 channels of evangelicals and stupid local TV in your room. The breakfast was terrible... a few slices of fruit, bread, and coffee. There is no air conditioning. There are no screens on any windows so you will be bitten by mosquitoes. The door handle to our room was broken and could not be locked part of the time we were there. The shower has a little machine to warm the water at the nozzle, but this is insufficient and means you will have cold to at best lukewarm water! Also, if you don't speak Portuguese you are SOL, because the people working here can't speak a lick of English and barely understood fluent Spanish. Worst of all, this place is Expensive!!! At the equivalence of U$60-70 dollars/night, the cost for two people to get a room here to stay in Brasilia is WAY too expensive for the value of the services you get in return (this place is only worth maybe U$30-35/night, so I'd say it's overpriced). For example, at this price you would expect full-coverage high speed internet that worked in every room, a fantastic 4-star breakfast spread, multilingual staff, a comfortable waiting area with a TV that you control, and cable TV in your room. Sadly, however, you will get NONE of this!! Don't get your hopes up, or don't stay here. It is not recommended.
