  Horrible experience ! A/c unit doesnt work, phone outside calls doesnt work , lights went out, elevators won't work had to go up and down 4 flights of stairs by foot. Staff lady very immature and with an awful attitude .asked to speak with management she replied he was at home relaxing!!! Really!!!😱 My dad has a pacemaker cannot stay here another minute .

  Good breakfast, nice lunch and dinner. It's easy to find the hotel. But the rooms need a little improvement.

  Nice hotel, the building is old, but the rooms were renewed for the 2014 fifa's world cup. The staff are super nice and supportive.
