  I tried to call several times to book an apartment but Jessica is constantly hanging up when I ask for somebody that speaks english. Which is very rude instead of trying to understand what I say. Unprofessional for an hotel with this kind of standing.

  Not a good place to stay, internet doesn't work well. Water in swimming pool is not cleaned. Room service and cleaning is pathetic.
