  Overrated and overpriced. The caipirinha was way too strong taste of cachaça and to little on sugar only been able to feel the acid of the fruit on the tongue and a strong feeling of liquor down the throat. The feijoada on the other side surprises by the lack of any taste, if anybody told me, I would guess it was food from a hospital.

  If you want schooling in Cachaca, come to the Academy. The menu, available in English and Portuguese, alphabetically features the selections including nose and flavor notes, history, lore, age and type of aging cask (oak, stainless steel, local woods, etc.). Reasonable prices for tasting portions of high quality Cachaca. Wide selection plus cocktails. With fast and courteous service, you can't go wrong here.

  The staff were friendly; great service, great food and drink. Best feijoada we had in Brazil. The melzinho was delightful too! A must visit spot!!
