  Identity documentation lost somewhere. e-Mail sent asking & no one seemed to care to reply after weeks (says a lot about the service overall) - A/C louder than a washing machine - Massive cockroach popped in the toilet - Claims having a Gym, but more than half of the facilities were broken - Elevators make you feel like you will get stuck there any second - Windows not isolated. You hear everything from the streets + Decent WiFi + Decent beds + Decent breakfast + Good shower facilities

  Ants ants ants, alot of stuff is/was wrong with the hotel, from lights not working to refrigerator not keeping anything cold, warm at best, to the internet cutting off every few minutes, and this is not including me having to move to 3 rooms because they messed up which room I was suppose to go in and the final room I was in was a downgraded standard not a deluxe room, the walls are very thin, I found my self waking up at different times because the elevator makes an annoying loud chime when the elevator arrives at your floor, the gym had 3 items and the main item was broke (bowflex type machine)

  Great hotel staff, however the one of the elevators was being serviced and the other was malfunctioning. Had to walk up 7 flights of stairs on numerous occasions

  Didn't have microwave in the room or coffee machine to boil water we asked to the restaurant and bar to provide boiled water nobody have. the room didn't have where to put the garbage. we need it an iron they didn't provide us it 's very old the towels
